In most countries, college is still a measurement of ones academic achievement which then translates to career or employment options. While most aspire to complete or finish a college degree, some are not that fortunate. The cost of entering and completing can also be a huge burden financially. In some developed nations, the government allows for vocational studies to allow students to learn and not have to worry about waiting to finish college. One good example is Singapore which offers students the chance to complete their studies earlier with the necessary skills to be employed without having to complete college.
